The following are non-refundable:

- Costs paid to third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domains, software licenses).
- Ongoing digital marketing campaigns and SEO services already executed.
3. Partial Refunds
- If a project is cancelled before completion, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of work already completed.
- Any advance payments for non-refundable services will not be returned.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds are returned using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation
- Clients may request project cancellation at any time.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of project completion.
